Sublimation is a process where the garments are completely printed, then sewn together. This process includes printing the actual design pattern into the shirt, swimmers or shorts etc. Any logos, sponsors etc are also printed into the garment. The sublimation print gets impregnated into the garment itself, so its not heavy like screen printing and the print usually outlasts the garment. This process is only possible on polyester materials.
